Yogurt is a big part of our family’s diet. Ever since I was a little child, I have consumed yogurt in different ways – on its own, diluted with water as a refreshing drink, as soup with cucumbers, dill and garlic as well as part of family-favorite recipes.When choosing yogurt, you want to make sure it has the good kind of bacteria such as lactobacullus bulgaricus.

So when Simona was about 7 months old, I decided it was time for her to try it. Since the only yogurt we eat at home is plain, whole milk (in addition to always organic, grass-fed), I was intrigued how she would react to its tangy flavor. Well, she surprised me once again. It was a hit and since that day, yogurt has been an integral part of her weekly meals. What I love about it – it’s always ready to eat, I can mix it with any fruit/fruit puree for a quick afternoon snack or add to any lunch/dinner meal that may be too dry.
